Voiceline have worked for us since 2005. We don’t have a daily need for an in-house Telco resource so outsourcing to Voiceline has been the right choice for us. The service we receive have been good, we are paying less for our monthly traffic after the renegotiation with suppliers and our system is performing well. Before we had mountains of unresolved issues - now things are in order which gives us the opportunity to look ahead instead of focusing our energy on a setup with many problems.
